Intellectual Property Notice

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Kairee Cardoso, including after purchase. This includes originals, commissions, prints, and current or future reproductions of any kind. A purchase does not grant permission to mint a piece into an NFT, print and distribute it, or reproduce it for profit or otherwise.

Collectors may not reproduce artwork without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of purchased items on social media is welcome and does not breach this clause.

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. Damage caused by mishandling, including smudging, tearing, or damage to fine art prints, is not eligible for a refund, exchange, replacement, or compensation.

Compensation for damage is due when damaged products are received due to postal services or faulty merchandise. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order, please contact the Studio with relevant photographs and details so an appropriate resolution can be arranged.

The Studio makes every reasonable effort to ensure artwork photography accurately represents the colors and appearance of each piece. Colors may vary between devices due to monitor, screen, and display calibration. These variations do not constitute a fault or defect.

Returns and Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and current. Requests to amend a shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. The Studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a change, but changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has commenced.

Customers are responsible for return costs including shipping, postage, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and related fees, except when an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly dispatched, or where required by law. Returned artwork and prints must be received in original, saleable condition. Evidence of damage, excessive handling, wear, creasing, folded corners, tears, scratches, staining, mounting, framing, alteration, or other deterioration may result in the request being denied or an appropriate deduction where permitted by law.

If an order is returned to the Studio because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend it. If the customer cancels after it is returned, any refund issued excludes shipping and handling costs incurred by the Studio. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may be deducted where permitted by law.
